So, who’s behind this cozy corner of the internet? Hi, I’m Evan! I’m living my dream life in the beautiful Finland with my husband – we just tied the knot in 2024! We share a sweet 73 sq.m home that overlooks a small forest and is just a 10-minute walk from a peaceful lake.

A little about me: I grew up in a lively city in the Philippines, surrounded by creativity thanks to my mom, who’s an interior designer. Art was always encouraged at home, so I developed a love for painting, drawing, photography, reading, and writing. These passions still fill my free time, and I love going with the flow when inspiration strikes.
Solía Avenue started as a fun creative outlet in late 2023 when I began writing about trending decor ideas for small apartments. Now, it’s grown into a community with nearly 150,000 monthly visitors! I mostly write about seasonal decor trends and lifestyle topics that catch my interest – so you’ll find a little bit of everything here. Basically, I’m a lifestyle blogger at heart!
Besides Solía Avenue, I also have other blogs where I share my love for travel and food. Yes, I’m full of interests and lucky enough to call this my job!
On top of my artistic hobbies, I’m a classically trained fine dining chef. And starting fall 2025, I’ll be pursuing a business undergrad degree! So many exciting chapters ahead – I might even start sharing university life and fashion soon. My list of hobbies keeps growing, and I’m loving every bit of it!
